Now Showing !!! Ultrasound in 3D

We know that you all think we are crazy, but we just had to do the 3D ultrasound. We got some great pictures of Gabe's cute little face. I am amazed at the things they can do now-a-days. Being so far along (34-35 weeks) they said it might not work out too well since things are getting kind of crammed in there, but we felt like it was worth a try and we were all very happy with the results. Here are a couple of the good ones.

These two are virtually the same but it shows a pretty good shot of his cute chubby cheeks and his nose. We love how peaceful he looks in these.

Just to the right of his face is his arm and hand resting against his face and forehead. It isn't as clear a picture since they aren't usually trying to get great pictures of arms and legs and stuff, the face is what everyone wants to see.

The pacifier looking thing in this picture is actually the umbilical cord, it kept getting in the way on quite a few of the attempts so this on of the better ones of a straight on shot of his face.

This picture is one of the better straight on shots without the umbilical cord in the picture. Stephanie knows how to get him moving around in her belly so we ended up with some more unobstructed shots when he started moving around.

Those 3D shots are just the greatest...you get to feel a little bit closer to your little guy by seeing his sweet face in 3D. Technology is great! It will be fun to compare face pictures when he arrives!!! We can't wait!!Tommy wants to play!!
