Gabe's first Ultrasound

On January 2nd, 2007 Stephanie (our birthmother) invited us to her (and our) first ultrasound. Until then we had no idea what gender the little one was going to be. I was secretly hoping for a boy all along, so I was ultra excited to find out that is what he is. I guess somehow we knew because the night before Lana and I were discussing names and the only name we even brought up was Gabe, we didn't even bring up any girls names, Gabe was it and we both liked it, so without even knowing the gender we had already decided on Gabe. He is being named after the angel Gabriel, since we really feel that he was sent from God to us in such a miraculous way.
